Everything Changes, Nothing Remains the Same
June 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th, 2010
A princial source of human suffering is resistance to change and denial of impermanence. Our mood swings, our bodies age, our material circumstances improve or worsen, our friends die or fade away, our children separate adn move away; there is nothing free from the fact of change. In this series of classes Yvonne will teach about how to recognize, to accept, and to live one's life in harmony with the way things actually are, namely, incessantly changing.
